Saturday Seven
I'm stealing this idea from my sister since she likes to steal ideas from me (haha)...
Seven TV Shows I Love to Watch!:
1. The Office
I have all of these seasons on DVD and every time I find someone who hasn't seen the show I force them to watch. Usually after one episode, they're hooked.
2. Friends
I could watch this show over and over again, and I do. I never get tired of reruns and I feel like most life situations can be supplemented with a Friends quote. My favorite episode: The One Where No One's Ready

3. Sex and the City
I didn't start watching this show until it was played as reruns on TBS since I didn't have HBO. The "clean" rerun version is just as good as the original and I think it's one of the most well-written shows ever.4. Jeopardy!
I'm a total trivia nerd and I love to watch this show and shout out the (often incorrect) answers. My sister and I used to watch this together and keep track of points, until the Final Jeopardy round where we'd wager some ridiculous amount like "3 MILLION dollars!"... good times.5. Dexter
Oh. My. God. This is my new obsession. I was always told by my friend, Mike, that this was a "total Megan show" but, again, I didn't have Showtime so I never got to watch. Kyle recently found it was available on Netflix so we ordered it on a whim one day and we are completely hooked. Dark. Psychological. Disturbing. Hilarious. Brilliant.6. The Biggest Loser
I love a good makeover show and this is the ultimate makeover. I usually DVR this show because they like to over-dramatize every little moment and draw a 45 minute show out to 2 hours, but with the fast forwarding, this show is great. I especially love the finale to see how far the contestants have come. It's inspirational while at the same time, it makes me feel like a lazy bum for spending 2 hours on the couch watching.7. Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List
Some people find Kathy Griffin loud, obnoxious, and inappropriate, but I find her to be hysterical. She says things that other people are afraid to say and while sometimes they are a bit over-the-top I still find myself laughing out loud even when I'm watching alone.

Saturday Seven!
Seven Movies I Could Watch Over and Over And Over and....
1. Dumb and Dumber
I've seen this movie more than any other movie (about a zillion times) and I could recite the whole thing by heart... which I'll probably do if we watch it together. I apologize in advance for being annoying.
"Nobody drink the beer! The beer has gone bad!" Classic.

2. Hook
This was my favorite movie as a child and I watched it almost everyday after school. Plus, I was in love with Rufio.3. Romeo + Juliet
Leo was dreamy. The art direction was amazing. I love Baz Luhrman. End of story.
4. Ace Ventura 2- When Nature Calls
Yes, another Jim Carrey movie. In one of the greatest debates of all-time, I have to choose Ace Ventura 2 over the original. Both are good, but nothing beats the "bats in the cave" scene of the second one.
5. 40-Year-Old Virgin
Steve Carrel was excellent in this movie. So many one-liners you could quote it for days! And who doesn't LOVE Paul Rudd??6. She's The Man
In Amanda Bynes' short career, this was her best. Aimed at the pre-teen demographic and super corny, but abso-freakin-lutely hilarious!7. Can't Hardly Wait
"Nobody drink the beer! The beer has gone bad!" Classic.

Saturday Seven!!
I'm loving these weekly blog ideas so I've decided to start one for Saturdays as well. I will pick a different topic and list 7 items for that topic each week. I invite you to leave YOUR list of seven in the comments below! Have fun!
2. I can sing the alphabet backwards
A pointless skill, really. Unless of course I am ever quizzed during a sobriety test....not that I intend to need a sobriety test... but still...
7 Things You May Not Know About Me:
1. I've never broken a bone **knock on wood**
I was never much of a risk-taker as a child. I had some twisted ankles and ugly bruises from sports growing up, but when it came to leaping off of things, going super fast on my rollerblades, or things of that nature, I was always the child that would sit back and watch my friends do it while saying "you guys are dumb...you're gonna get hurt...see I told you..."

3. I know sign language
I wish I could use it more often but I still enjoy teaching friends and family signs occasionally. I also like to see other people using ASL and, although it's rude, I like to "eavesdrop" and see if I can tell what they're talking about.4. I used to be obsessed with pandas
When I was little my room was full of panda stuffed animals. If anything had a panda face on it, I'd need to buy it. Each stuffed panda had a name and I'd have to rotate sleeping with them so that none of them would feel left out (oh childish imaginations!) I still have my most cherished panda, cleverly called "Pandy" (how original right?)5. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day
I could live on bacon and eggs and I don't understand people who can wake up and immediately crave a cheeseburger or spaghetti. Even if it's just a bowl of cereal, I need something "breakfasty" before my stomach wants anything else. 6. I'm usually completely disorganized...
...but I LOVE shopping for organizers and office supplies. I could spend a fortune on filing systems, create a zillion charts and lists, and have a box for each kind of art supply...but then never use any of it. 7. Fall is my most favorite time of year
The leaves changing pretty colors, being able to wear jeans and hoodies, having firepits at night, OSU football, my birthday, Halloween...what's not to love?!
What are seven things I don't know about YOU? :)
