My Stormy, Stormy Brain

I have no idea where I would be without my sketchbook. It's filled with all sorts of things-- new artwork ideas, business plans, grocery lists, home decor layouts, and to do lists. I have more than one sketchbook that I use at any given time but the important thing is that the storm is out of my brain and onto paper so I can come back to it later.

New Painting: Mademoiselle Featherbutt

This little lady is anything but subtle! Super-duper colorful, super-duper fancy, and dressed to the nines, she is sporting a crazy-big dress and a crazy-big headdress. The actual name of this piece is still undecided but for the time being we are going to go with Kyle's first suggestion, "Mademoiselle Featherbutt?" Perfect.

Over the past couple of weeks I have been working on creating a brand new line of artwork that is deserving of its very own Etsy shop! Unlike anything I've ever done before, Buck & Libby is a fun, simple little shop of doodle prints that I think really expresses my sense of humor.
