This little lady is anything but subtle! Super-duper colorful, super-duper fancy, and dressed to the nines, she is sporting a crazy-big dress and a crazy-big headdress. The actual name of this piece is still undecided but for the time being we are going to go with Kyle's first suggestion, "Mademoiselle Featherbutt?" Perfect.
This painting is so much fun, I love it!! The colors are fantastic, it makes me want to wear bright clothing today:)
